When will Travis Henry be suspended?

I picked up Selvin Young in our pool because we have a 3 player bench. Is there any chance Henry will be suspended int he near future or should I drop Young?

"Travis Henry's hearing on the appeal of the NFL's ruling that he violated the drug policy has been tentatively scheduled for November 5th.
The hearing is "tentative" because Henry is appealing the case in New York courts and that could postpone things. Regardless, it appears the earliest Henry could start serving his suspension is in Week 10."

Yeah, looks like week 10 at the earliest, but would not be suprised to see much later on

i would keep young becuz some how the broncos running backs no matter who they are always do really well....
